Out There Events and Timpson Group have announced a new joint venture which will see Out There Events and Timpson group owned LSS, based in Chester, coming together to form a new company, Out There Events.

The new company will provide clients with the ultimate end to end events management solution by bringing together Out There Events' award winning event management and creative expertise, with LSS's theming, technical and production equipment offering.

Out There Events Managing Director, Marcie Incarico will become Managing Director of the new company, whilst John Timpson, Chairman of Timpson Group Limited and James Timpson, Managing Director of Timpson, will both hold positions on the Board. Both parties will have a 50% share of the business. The company will be based out of the Timpson House in Wythenshawe but will retain warehouse and workshop facilities on the existing LSS site in Chester. All ten staff currently employed by Out There Events and LSS will remain with the new company.

Marcie has built a successful and profitable business with a reputation for excellent project delivery and service. She will be heading up our joint venture as Managing Director and we are looking forward to working with her."

Having the in-house theming and production capabilities will give an added dimension to our current service offering and I'm looking forward to the challenges ahead."
